Tomorrow will mark one week until our in-house comp! There will be no regular classes next Saturday November 12th.

Coming up early this next week will be more info regarding the schedule for the day and WOD releases for the first 3 on social media. All teams are guaranteed the first 3 workouts before the semi final cut (top 6 teams move on).
