Saturday 04/26 - No regular classes
Sunday 05/11 - Mother’s Day - 8:00am class only, no open gym
Friday 05/23 - Hero WOD Murph event - No regular classes, Doors at 4pm
Monday 05/26 - Memorial Day - 8:00am class only
Sunday 06/15 - Father’s Day - 8:00am class only, no open gym
Friday 07/04 - Fourth of July - 8:00am class only
Sunday 07/13 - Closed


  • CrossFit = 1 hour class instructed by a certified coach

  • Open Gym = for those with a membership only

  • Sweat Rx = 45 min body weight driven type class, no barbells will ever be used. A few mini workouts packed into 45 minutes!

  • WBC = Women's Boot Camp, sorry gentlemen, this is a ladies only class. Same workout as the 9am class.
