Beginning this Sunday we will be adding in some open gym time following our normal scheduled class.
From 9am - 11am once the 8am class is done the gym will be open for members to use as they wish!
Use this time to practice skills, work on strengths, and/or mobility.
This is NOT a time to make up the 8am WOD
