Today an email will be sent out with more info about a Lifestyle Challenge starting April 1st. We will be hosting a meeting THIS WEDNESDAY at 5:30pm.

The schedule for Wednesday will be 4:30class 5:30meeting 6:30class 7:30class.

  • 20 Power Cleans (135/95)

  • 25 Burpees

  • 500m Row
