Mother’s Day - Sunday 05/12 - 8:00am only, no open gym

Friday 05/24 - NO REGULAR CLASSES - Hero WOD “Murph” - Doors at 4pm with a 5pm start

Memorial Day - 05/27- 8:00am class only, closed for remainder of the day

Friday 05/31 - Trivia Night - fundraiser event, all are welcome! $10 entry fee

Father’s Day - 6/16 - 8:00am only, no open gym

July 4th - Closed


  • CrossFit = 1 hour class instructed by a certified coach

  • Open Gym = for those with a membership only

  • Sweat Rx = 45 min body weight driven type class, no barbells will ever be used. A few mini workouts packed into 45 minutes!

  • WBC = Women's Boot Camp, sorry gentlemen, this is a ladies only class. Same workout as the 9am class.
